I guess it is only right to feature the Rampage since this is the ball Brad has used almost exclusively this week. This is a ball that most bowlers on tour would find as being too clean or too long. Brad is able to use a more comfortable speed which is in the medium range. When he is able to use this comfortable speed it allows him to use his hand tools and touch to follow transition on the lane. When a bowler is forced to throw the ball harder than their natural speed it is difficult to feel and control their release to manipulate or create ball reaction and carry. This is proving to be a very good ball for Brad and his med speed/med rev rate. He can work either side of medium with the Rampage. We have been able to use a wide variety of layouts in this ball for Brad as well. When we try to use stronger balls for Brad we find we are not able to use a very wide variety of layouts. This is going to become Brad's benchmark ball.
