Tom didn't bowl a high speed/high rev guy this time and his scores were dramatically different. Once again this is an example of you can match up to the lane or you can match up to breakdown transition. Tim's speed rev ratio is a better match-up to the lane and Tom didn't see the same transition he had in his first two matches.

Mike Wolfe was telling me the lanes felt tighter to the right. When I was sensing more friction up front. That is not a good combination. Mike may have got caught trying to play the lanes based off his previous games and not creating a better game plan based on his opponent. I think the cleaner midlanes helped Brian's roll a lot better than it did Mike's.

The games were not as close as I expected them to be, nor where they as high scoring as I thought. I believe both bowlers were got with too strong of balls. Mika won game seven not because he had better ball reaction but because he kept it close and got the breaks. Walter kept it close and struggled with 4 pins and even a 4-9.

Ritchie has to be liking the early help he is getting from the lane. Each round they just seem to hook more and more. The lane machine must be cleaning off the house shot with each strip and re-oil.
