Rounds in Reno, Nevada |
Shark Pattern with flatter ratios and flatter front to back taper. This
made the lane play like the streets of Reno. We had a ton of snow while
we were there and the roads were a slushy mess. Imagine bowling on lanes
like that and you will have picture of what the bowlers were dealing
with. Have the wrong game and ball and it was like walking through the
slush in Tennis shoes.
Just like mom always told us in bad weather it is a good idea to be
prepared.
OK mom I understand now and will bring out my "galoshes" sooner. Once
your socks and feet get cold it is not much fun trying to warm up.

PJ Haggerty 36th. 5 pins out

It was a week were I thought we got caught without good ball
reaction. We did not get our shipment of balls and wanted to use
Twisted Fury's. This goes back to having balls stolen in between
Baltimore and Spartanburg and the holiday crunch that gets us
almost every year.
Sean, Mika, PJ and Tom had spent most of the time in the cut but
fell out with bad games late.
Mike started out well and gradually fell from there.
Stevie can't put strings together and seems to have problems
with angles on the lane almost every week.
Sean Swanson never had a look. He left all his arch balls at
home and we should have drilled him up another Wizard. I had
them on the truck but did not hook up with Sean to get it done.
